"Parts came on time"
Parts came on time. The parts were correct, but the brakes squeak. I thought they needed to some burn in time but it’s been well over a thousand miles. The brakes I get from Orieleys are better.

I was originally unsettled about purchasing brakes for my Jaguar online, however the constant communication and true customer service was remarkable!! Finally some quality parts made in USA! It was great to speak with someone in a real machine shop machining these rotors for me. They fit perfect and work great!!

""Kit" doesn't include grease."
The pads and rotors are labeled as a "kit," but it doesn't include any grease for the pads. Every other rotor/pad package I've bought as least includes some grease. The parts seem OK, but having to make an extra trip to the auto parts store was disappointing.

Rotors look great!!!
Only issue I had was on the front pads for Brembo calipers, a couple of metal tabs broke off the pads during installation. Seemed a little cheap but all said and done was a good experience. Would buy from them again.
